Eating cauliflower is cold and damp. Its vegetable is prepared and eaten. It is a low calorie vegetable, which contains 90 percent moisture and little protein. Apart from this, phosphorus, iron, potassium, sulfur, niacin and vitamin 'C' are found in high amounts in cauliflower. Properties: A lot of sulfur is found in cauliflower. Sulfur itching, leprosy (leprosy) etc. are beneficial in skin diseases. Cauliflower cleanses the blood. Therefore, the cauliflower should be boiled in steam and eaten. It produces gas by boiling in water. Cauliflower destroys nail and hair diseases. Raw cabbage juice benefits only. Cooking cauliflower does not benefit from eating. Drinking cauliflower juice produces gas to prevent it. Mix equal quantity of carrot juice with cauliflower juice and drink it. If gas is made with its use, enema can be used. Drinking cabbage juice provides relief in joint and bone pain, indigestion (digestion of food), weakness of the eyes and jaundice. Helpful in various diseases: 1.
