New Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho wants four new signings in order to turn Spurs’ form around and help lift them up the Premier League table.
Mauricio Pochettino was sacked on Tuesday with Tottenham languishing down in 14th and on a run of just three wins from their last 12 matches across all competitions.
Former Chelsea and Manchester United manager Mourinho was appointed the following morning, and the 56-year-old is already keen to stamp his mark on the current squad.
The Portuguese boss has reportedly set out his demands to club chairman Daniel Levy, withThe Independentclaiming .
The Special One is believed to want Ruben Dias and Bruno Fernandes while Mourinho is said to also want yet another reunion with midfielder Nemanja Matic.
Mourinho has signed the Serbian twice already during his career, and Matic is out of contract at United in the summer.
As for the Portuguese duo, Dias would strengthen a leaky back line that is in danger of losing both Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertognhen when their contracts expire.

The Dane expressed his desire to leave Tottenham in the summer and attracted attention from Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain but a move fell through.
He is now expected to depart in January or run down the remaining six months on his contract and become a free agent at the end of the season.

With so many new signings touted, the current Tottenham squad will be sweating over their first-team opportunities with just a couple of players guaranteed playing time.
Frontman Harry Kane and strike partner Son Heung-min are almost certain to lead the line under Mourinho while Dele Alli will compete with Tanguy Ndombele, Moussa Sissoko and Harry Winks for the final midfield spot if Eriksen leaves.
