Melania Trump takes off from US in check pants-black turtleneck, lands in India in white jumpsuit
Melania Trump landed in India looking absolutely stunning in a white ensemble. The first lady of United States of America walked down the airstair at Ahmedabad airport with President Donald Trump in sheer style and made a sartorial statement in a jumpsuit.
She opted for a crisply-tailored creation from the label Atelier Caito For Herve Pierre that came with a well-fitted bodice and wide-legged pants. Adding a traditional Indian touch to her ensemble was a silk waist-belt in green colour. According to the designer, the sash was cut and placed in an early century Indian textile document, which he found in Paris through his very good friends who are collectors.
The FLOTUS paid extra attention to her outfit before landing in India. The outfit she was sporting wearing while taking off from US was completely different. While boarding the flight, she was dressed in a black turtleneck sweater teamed with a pair of white and black striped pants. The check pants were by Rachel Roy, an Indian-American designer. Melania had layered the separates with a long black coat. A pair of black and white flat footwear and oversized sunglasses completed her look.
However, before landing in India, the first lady of US switched from pants and turtleneck to a white jumpsuit featuring a traditional waist-belt. She even made a contrasting change with her choice of footwear. She arrived in India wearing a pair of white stilettos.
