Xiaomi is working to release its all new Redmi K20 series of smartphones in India by mid-July.
And in the build-up to the launch event, the company has teased the Redmi K20 Pro as the world's fastest smartphone, outscoring every other device in the market with an overall score of 388,803 on the AnTuTu benchmarking platform.
Here's all about it.
Redmi K20 Pro will take on OnePlus 7 Pro
Over the past few weeks, Xiaomi has released some not-so-subtle teasers that pit the Redmi K20 Pro against OnePlus 7 Pro.
Xiaomi wants the customers to know that Redmi K20 Pro will be faster than OnePlus' premium phone and still cost much less.
But it remains to be seen if benchmark scores can translate to superior performance when it comes to real-world usage.
